About these terms
These terms apply to your use of honkautos.com and the services of Unified Marketing DBA Honk Autos (“Honk”, “we”, “us”), a South Florida car broker. By using the site or our services, you agree to them.
Our service
Honk is a vehicle broker, not a dealership. We help you find, negotiate and arrange delivery of a vehicle from a dealer. The vehicle sale itself is between you and the selling dealer. Our broker fee is explained on our pricing page.
SMS text messaging program
Program: Unified Marketing DBA Honk Autos text messages. When you opt in on our website form, you may receive:
- Non-marketing messages (if you checked that box): updates about your vehicle quote, vehicle search, deal updates, appointment scheduling and delivery.
- Marketing messages (only if you separately checked that box): special offers, discounts and service updates.
Consent to text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your request and activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number that messaged you, or to (954) 483-9229. After you send “STOP”, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
