When you fill out our quote form, call us or text us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the vehicle you are looking for, your budget and timeline, and any trade-in information. We also record whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when.
When you browse the site, we collect standard usage data through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), such as the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the site.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, source and negotiate the vehicle you asked about, schedule calls and delivery, send the text messages you agreed to receive, improve our website and service, and meet our legal obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to: non-marketing messages about your quote, vehicle search, deal updates, appointments and delivery, and, if you separately agreed, marketing messages about special offers, discounts and service updates. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as our customer messaging, website hosting and analytics providers), who may use it only to perform services for us, and when required by law.
