South Florida client on a car-buying consultation call with a Honk Autos broker
How a car broker works

The car comes to you. Not the other way around.

Here’s how a car broker works at Honk: one call, one broker, one flat fee, and exactly what happens after you reach out.

Never set foot in a dealership
How it works

Four steps. Zero dealership visits.

  1. 01

    Free consultation call

Tell us the vehicle, budget, timeline and any trade-in. New, used, lease or a whole fleet, we map out the right options with you.

  2. 02

    We source & negotiate

We go to our contacts at 300+ dealers nationwide, find the exact vehicle and negotiate the price. You never deal with a salesperson.

  3. 03

    You approve, sign from home

We bring you the best deal. Once you say yes, the dealer sends the paperwork straight to you to review and sign.

  4. 04

    Delivered to your door

Your new vehicle is delivered to your home or office. No lot, no waiting room, no finance-office pressure.

Step 01

A real conversation, not a sales pitch

We start with a free call about what you need: the vehicle, how you’ll use it, budget, timeline and whether you have a trade-in or a lease ending.

If you’re not sure what to buy, we’ll talk through options honestly, including when a different trim, a certified used model or a lease makes more sense.

Step 02

We work the dealer network

We take your request to our contacts at 300+ dealerships nationwide. Dealers compete for the deal instead of you chasing them.

We know what vehicles actually sell for, which incentives and rebates apply, and which fees are negotiable. You never talk to a salesperson.

Step 03

You approve. Paperwork comes to you.

We bring you the final deal with every number in writing. If it’s right, you say yes and the dealer sends the paperwork straight to you to review and sign from home.

No finance-office pressure, no surprise add-ons, no four-hour wait.

Step 04

Delivered to your driveway

Your new vehicle is delivered to your home or office, anywhere from Hallandale Beach to Jupiter. If you have a trade-in, it can be picked up at the same time.

The difference

Their way vs. the Honk way

Dealerships make the most money when you’re tired. Here’s what the same purchase looks like their way and our way, line by line.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How long does it take?

Most in-stock vehicles are negotiated within a few days of the consultation call. Specific trims, colors or factory orders can take longer, and we’ll give you a realistic timeline up front.

Who do I pay?

You pay the dealer for the vehicle, the same way you would if you bought it yourself, and you pay Honk one flat broker fee: $499, or $249 for first responders and repeat clients.

Can I finance through the dealer?

Yes. You can use dealer financing, your own bank or credit union, or pay cash. If you bring your own approval, we make sure the dealer competes with it.

What if the car is in another state?

We source nationwide when that’s where the best deal is, and coordinate transport so the vehicle is delivered to you in South Florida.
