Car lease broker
Honk is your car lease broker in South Florida. A lease is only as good as the numbers behind it. We negotiate every one of them, then send the lease to you to sign from home.
How we negotiate a lease
Most people negotiate the monthly payment, which is exactly what the dealer wants. We negotiate what the payment is built from: the capitalized cost (the selling price), the money factor (the interest rate), the residual value, acquisition and disposition fees, and any rebates or lease cash that apply.
Get those right and the payment takes care of itself.
Lease ending soon?
If your current lease is ending, we’ll compare turning it in, buying it out and trading it toward the next one. Lease equity is real money in this market, and dealers rarely volunteer it.
Lease takeovers and early returns
Need out of a lease early, or want a short-term lease? Tell us the situation on the consultation call and we’ll lay out the options that actually make sense.
How a car lease broker saves you money
A car lease broker earns its fee in three places. First, price: dealers compete for the deal instead of one store setting it. Second, the finance office: add-ons like tire and wheel or dent plans stay off the contract unless you want them, and the rate can’t be quietly marked up when you bring outside approval. Third, fees: Florida’s average dealer doc fee is about $969 and isn’t capped by law, so it’s worth negotiating. On a typical $50,000 new car we estimate a Honk client keeps about $1,100 to $4,500 after our fee. See the pricing page for how we get there.
What to ask any car lease broker
- Is the fee flat, or a percentage of the car? (Ours is a flat $499.)
- Do you take money from dealers? (We don’t.)
- Will I see the full out-the-door price in writing before I agree?
- Do I have to visit the dealership to sign? (Not with us.)
- Who handles the title and registration?
- What happens to my trade-in?
A car lease broker who can’t answer those plainly isn’t working for you.
Title, registration and your plate are processed through the dealer with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, so there’s no separate trip to a tag office.

Car Lease Broker FAQ
Do lease brokers get better lease deals?
A good lease broker negotiates the selling price, money factor and residual instead of just the monthly payment, which is where most of the savings are.
Can you help me get out of my lease early?
Often, yes. We compare a buyout, a trade toward a new vehicle and other options, and explain the real cost of each.
Do I have to go to a dealership?
No. We handle the negotiation, the dealer sends the paperwork to you and the vehicle is delivered to your door in South Florida.
